In what mostly likely will be the final drop from his upcoming debut project, "RIP Kevin Miller" is TDE's Isaiah Rashad's strongest release since his debut "Shot You Down". This is the type of sound TopDawg has been missing with a solid release date of January 28th, judging on the few tracks from the EP Cilvia looks to be one of the most promising projects to be released in 2014.
